The parish church of Holy Trinity in the centre of Hull was at the heart of Hull's City of Culture year in 2017. This transformative year saw Hull reinvent itself, with new energy and optimism drawing visitors from around the world, the impact of which is ongoing. Holy Trinity's status was changed to that of a minster church as recognition of the growing role and importance of the church in the life of the city and region and the church.

A project with Hambleton District Council (now subsumed into the new unitary authority of North Yorkshire Council) saw the development of 3D visualisations, a touchscreen interactive, and a map-based trail for the North Yorkshire market town of Northallerton, funded by Historic England's High Street Heritage Action Zone initiative.

Heritage360 worked with St Davids Cathedral between 2018-2020 to design and deliver a major overhaul of their on-site and remote visitor materials. This included the following key outputs:
